Remember, natural is always practiced

Speak on common topics

Try to select a few common topics. For instance, the first part of the test is always about you, your family, friends, aims, study, etc.  So, you can train yourself. You can practice the same things week after week. You can do this in a variety of ways so that when you feel natural to express the same.

Body movement/tone

You do not have to focus more on body movements. But, if you can try to make the right, minimal movements then it is enough. For instance, you can look at the interviewer while speaking. You can slightly shake your head while saying yes, or no.

And you need to stick to a natural tone. You do not have to try different voice tones.

Use of Proper Accent

You do not have to speak like a foreigner. Speak in your voice. In your accent. You do not have to copy the UK, US or Australian accent. There are many candidates who try to take on different accents while speaking. That is the biggest mistake.

Be tension-free

If you are tense you may not speak properly. Therefore, learn to control your emotions. There is nothing to be tensed about. Consider the interviewer to be your friend. It will become simple for you to speak as you would like to.
